Service Description
Our Community Membership is for those who live and breathe creativity — the makers, the dreamers, and the ones who find joy in sharing it with others. Enjoy unlimited monthly classes across all categories, from baking and crafting to cooking, dance, and more. As a Community Member, you’ll also receive 15% off all merchandise and special events, plus 1 free private event each year for you or one of your loved ones. Celebrate your special day with a free birthday class and share the joy with our “Bring a Friend for Free” guest pass — twice a month. This membership is all about connection — growing your creativity, deepening relationships, and being part of a community that feels like family.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our online system. Spaces are limited to ensure a comfortable, personal experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial fee to cover supplies and preparation. Private Events: Private bookings are available for groups, birthdays, team-building, and date nights. The full payment is required to reserve your date. Age Policy: Family classes welcome participants of all ages. Adult sessions (such as Sip & Paint) are 18+ or 21+ where applicable. Health & Safety: Our studio is kept clean, organized, and family-friendly. All tools and surfaces are sanitized between sessions, and we provide aprons and gloves where needed. ✨ At Create & Connect, our goal is to make every guest feel at home — supported, inspired, and connected.
