Booking & Payment

• All classes and events must be booked in advance through our website or approved partner platforms.

• Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

• We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via Wix Payments or third-party processors.

• Pricing may vary by class type and is subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all bookings. Please review it [link to your Return Policy page].

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for a full credit or transfer.

• No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.

• If Create & Connect cancels a class or event, you will receive a full refund or class credit.

By participating, you agree to:

• Follow instructor and staff directions at all times.

• Treat others with kindness and respect.

• Use all equipment and materials responsibly.

Create & Connect Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

 

Health & Liability Waiver

 

Participation in classes or activities at Create & Connect is voluntary and may involve minor risks (such as handling tools, cooking equipment, or craft supplies).
By attending, you agree to:

• Participate responsibly and within your personal limits.

• Release Create & Connect Studio, its owners, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after your participation.

If you have allergies or health concerns, please notify us in advance.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, class materials, and logos — belongs to Create & Connect Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Guests are welcome to share personal photos or creations from classes, provided they credit Create & Connect Studio when posting online.

By attending an event or class, you consent to Create & Connect taking photos or short videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
