We’re thrilled to offer creative, hands-on experiences designed to bring families, couples, and friends closer together. Because each class requires advanced setup, materials, and limited spots, please review our return and cancellation guidelines below.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full class credit or transfer.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another guest.

  • For illness or emergencies, contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

Refunds

​

  • Refunds are not issued for no-shows or partially attended sessions.

  • If Create & Connect cancels a class (due to weather, low enrollment, or other reasons), guests receive a full refund or class credit.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

 

Gift Cards & Memberships

​

  • Gift cards, passes, and memberships are non-refundable, but fully transferable to another guest.

  • Unused credits remain valid for 6 months from purchase.

 

Private Events

​

  • A 50% deposit is required to book private events.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may forfeit the deposit due to preparation and staffing costs.

  • Photos & Media: We occasionally take photos or short clips to share our community spirit. You may opt out at check-in.

  • Liability: By attending, you acknowledge that some activities (e.g., cooking, crafting) involve minor risks, and agree to participate responsibly.
