Our Baking Class is a cozy blend of creativity and comfort. You’ll learn how to make homemade sourdough bread, classic pastries, and easy-to-love Mexican favorites you can recreate at home. With simple, step-by-step guidance, you’ll build real baking skills while creating treats that look beautiful and taste even better. ✨ What to Expect In this class, you’ll join a small, welcoming group of students, creating side-by-side in a calm, hands-on environment. Every session is intentionally kept small so you can learn comfortably, ask questions freely, and enjoy the moment without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. 🤎 Class Experience • Work at shared stations while learning step-by-step how to make homemade bread, pastries, and traditional Mexican favorites. • Each class is guided with patience and clarity — no experience needed. • Expect a warm atmosphere filled with good energy, creativity, and those “this smells amazing” moments. 🕒 Class Length • Classes run 2 to 3 hours, depending on the recipe. Please check class hours before booking. 👟 What to Wear • Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. • Long hair tied back is appreciated for everyone’s comfort and safety. 🧡 Class Size • Classes are intentionally small — usually 6 to 10 students — to keep the experience cozy, personalized, and not overstimulating. 🍞 What You’ll Take Home • Your baked creations • Recipe notes to use at home • A meaningful moment of connection you’ll want to recreate again ⚠️ Allergies & Ingredients Recipes may include wheat, dairy, eggs, fruits, spices, or nuts. If you have food allergies, please reach out before booking so we can confirm whether the class is suitable. Recipes cannot be modified during class. 📅 Cancellations • Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours before class.
