Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

1. How do I book a class?

Available classes in Santa Monica and Los Angeles can be booked directly on our website by clicking “Book Available Classes.”
For other cities, you’re welcome to join the waitlist so we can bring classes to your area.

2. Why do I need to join the waitlist first?

Our classes are intentionally small. The waitlist helps us plan class sizes, schedule new dates, and expand to new locations based on interest.

3. When will I hear back after joining the waitlist?

You’ll receive an approval email within 24 hours, or less usually within the same day.

4. Where are the classes located?

Class locations vary by city and class type.
Some crafting and dance class locations are still being finalized. Once your booking is confirmed, all details — including the exact location — will be shared with you.

5. What’s included in each class?

All materials, tools, and ingredients are provided. Just bring yourself and your beautiful energy.

6. Do I need any experience?

No experience is needed. Our classes are beginner-friendly, calm, and guided step-by-step.

7. Can I bring someone with me?

You’re welcome to bring a guest if you have a membership that includes guest passes, or you can book a second seat during registration.

8. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before class.

9. Do you offer private events or team workshops?

Yes! We offer private group workshops for birthdays, team building, families, bridal events, and more.

10. How do donations support the Foundation?

Donations help fund calm, creative programs by covering materials, instructors cost, and accessible locations for individuals and families. Your support allows us to offer welcoming spaces that prioritize dignity, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

11. Are classes kid-friendly?

Some classes are designed for adults, while others are great for kids and families. Each class description will specify the recommended age group.

12. What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for cooking and baking classes. For dance classes, wear clothing you can move in.

13. How big are the classes?

Classes are intentionally kept small — usually 6 to 8 participants — to create a warm, personal experience.
