What to Expect This January
This January, we invite you to slow down and reconnect through creative, hands-on classes designed to support calm, creativity, and connection. Our small group sessions focus on creativity, movement, and shared experiences in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Each class is intentionally kept small to ensure a supportive and relaxed experience. Class activity type will be updated weekly.
